Conduct property and estate maintenance, including garden upkeep, minor repairs, and pool supervision for a private luxury villa. Perform driving duties and manage overall household operations with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Provide pet care and ensure the residence meets high standards of service. This long-term position requires a reliable, discreet individual with a valid driver's license and previous experience in a private household or estate. The role offers €1250-1500 monthly plus free accommodation, food, and full sponsorship for work and residence permits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a private household, luxury villa, or estate
- Strong references
- Good health and physically fit
- Basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license for the property caretaker
- Honest, trustworthy, discreet, and professional
- Animal lover
- Willing to relocate to Montenegro
