Job Summary
Local Truck Driver position based out of Lancaster, TX, will handle regional deliveries within a specific area with care, professionalism, and precision. Responsibilities include performing local pickup and delivery routes, safely operating a CDL A vehicle, completing multiple stops, providing white glove service, handling shipping documents and POD/ELD, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, backing trailers, securing cargo, communicating with dispatch, ensuring DOT compliance, and assisting with loading/unloading as needed. Qualifications require Class A CDL, 2+ years verified experience in past 4 years (3+ preferred), Medical Certificate, TWIC eligibility, Hazmat, and clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL Required
- Minimum of 2 yrs. of Verified experience within the past 4 yrs. 3+ Preferred
- Minimum 1yr Medical Certificate - Minimum ICC requirements related to physical qualifications as set forth under Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 391.41, Physical Qualifications of Drivers
- Must have a TWIC Card or be eligible to obtain a TWIC Card
- Hazmat required
- No positive drug or alcohol test result in the past five (5) yrs.
- No accident involving bodily injury within the last three (3) yrs.
- No DUI/DWI, Reckless Driving or Speeding Tickets 12mph or higher in the past (5) yrs.
