Job Summary
Drive for OATS Transit in Linn, MO, operating mini-vans, Ford Transits, or a wide-body bus while ensuring rider safety and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting riders on and off the bus, securing wheelchairs and mobility devices, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and reporting issues from pre- and post-trip inspections, using an in-vehicle tablet for trip updates, completing required paperwork, attending routine paid training, and complying with federal/state/company rules. Must be at least 23, hold a Class E or CDL with <=4 points, pass a U.S. DOT physical/road test, pass drug screening with random testing, be bondable, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds; benefits include holidays, paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, FSA, retirement plan, and EAP.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 23 years of age
- Class E or CDL license with no more than 4 points assessed
- Must be able to pass a U.S. DOT physical and road test

- Bondable
- Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
- Experience with operating a tablet in-vehicle is preferred
