Job Summary
Carry out daily schedules to agreed routes and timings while completing specific documentation for drivers' hours and WTD. Comply with all statutory requirements related to the Road Traffic Act, ADR/Hazardous goods legislation, and vehicle checks prior to use. Act as a customer contact at delivery points, maintaining a polite and courteous manner with customers and road users. Attend work instructions, trainings, and staff meetings as required, and promptly report any accidents or incidents. Shift patterns include any 5 from 7 including legal holidays when required.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE
- High School or equivalent
- LGV Class 1 Licence
- Driver CPC
- Digi Card
- LGV Class 1 Licence (with C+E entitlement)
- Full Driver CPC and Digi Card, preferably linked to an ADR certificate - packages 6.1/ 6.2
