Job Summary
Lead a fleet of 20+ drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity. Routinely review P/L for the assigned area to find ways to maximize profitability and manage expectations to meet drive home time commitments. Develop high-performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost targets. Requires 2+ years in Operations, Planning, or Customer Accounts, an associate's degree in Business, and the ability to lead others in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $50,900 to $62,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts
- Must be able to lead others
- Must possess exceptional communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work in high pressure situations in a fast paced environment
- Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
