Driver

Monitor clients during transport and report problematic behaviors to OMHP, LPHA, Clinic RN, or Clinic director. Perform transportation and courier duties, coordinate vehicle upkeep, document transport time, and execute safety checks and maintenance. Travel outside the catchment area as needed. Provide back-up support including office communications and other administrative tasks. Available as needed during evening hours. Part of the administrative support team.
