Job Summary
Coordinate client transport from hospitals, police stations, and medical facilities to Axiom Care, while orienting new clients and facilitating warm hand-offs with receiving facilities. De-escalate crisis situations as needed and assist with intake processes, including property inventory and EMR onboarding. Act as front-desk receptionist when greeting visitors and directing inquiries. Support Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services initiatives and build relationships with referral partners. Requires valid AZ driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, and one year of behavioral health experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate unwavering empathy, compassion, and friendliness with every Axiom client
- Proficient computer literacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-year behavioral health experience OR personal or professional experience with substance abuse treatment
- Must have a valid AZ Driver's license with 39-month clear MVR
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds
