Driver for Tireco Distributors delivering tires and wheels using a company box truck, with loading/unloading, collecting payments, managing returns, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting in warehouse tasks including forklift operation; strong customer service and ability to work independently or in a team; requires valid driver’s license (Class D in some states), ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test, and manual handling of tires (30–80 lbs, 80 lbs+ with team lift).
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid regular driver’s license, some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required
- Ability to be insured under company driving policy
- Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift
- Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
- Ability to manually move tires between 30 – 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift
- Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck
