Job Summary
Drive and supervise residents on community outings using community vehicles, loading/unloading residents safely, and ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and vehicle standards. Serve as part of activity staff during outings, promote safety and teamwork, and meet health/safety requirements while providing high-quality resident experiences in a senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Prefer two years of driving experience transporting people
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
