Job Summary
Driver II, CDL operates a commercial vehicle to deliver, relocate, and install modular buildings and Value-Added Products (VAPS). Manages site assessments, secure transport, and on-site setup/teardown with advanced judgment, coordinating with dispatch and safety teams to ensure safe, accurate deliveries. Performs load securement, verifies weight/clearance, and upsells VAPS such as ramps or locks. Requires independent work, knowledge of DOT/TC rules, and the ability to navigate varied delivery environments while representing the company professionally at each site.
Required Qualifications
- A current valid CDL license and a clean driving record with no major violations
- An up to date DOT or TC and Physical card is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using digital tools for routing, logging, and communication (e.g., GPS, electronic logs).
- Demonstrated ability to assess and navigate varied delivery environments.
- Prior experience in commercial driving and load security.
