Job Summary
Driver II, CDL responsible for full execution of modular and storage unit deliveries, including site assessment, secure transport, and setup of modular buildings and VAPS. Operates independently with advanced judgment to ensure deliveries are completed safely and to scope. Handles loading, securing loads, on-site setup/teardown, coordination with dispatch/safety teams, and acts as the primary customer liaison during delivery. Requires navigating diverse roadways, performing pre/post-trip inspections, and ensuring compliance with DOT/TC regulations; opportunities for growth and a $500 monthly bonus based on safety/performance. Local, home daily with potential overtime; CDL and clean driving record essential. Also emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with field ops, dispatch, and safety teams and the ability to upsell Value-Added Products.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience
- A current valid CDL license and a clean driving record with no major violations
- An up to date DOT or TC and Physical card is required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using digital tools for routing, logging, and communication (e.g., GPS, electronic logs)
- Demonstrated ability to assess and navigate varied delivery environments
- Prior experience in commercial driving and load security
