Job Summary
Plan delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise from the local warehouse to customers on a specified route. Utilize hand-held device technology to capture signatures for all deliveries and support warehouse operations including pulling, checking, and stocking. Verify daily vehicle inspections, report maintenance needs, and ensure cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment. Escalate customer complaints, dissatisfaction, and procedure violations while partnering with sales teams for coordinated service. Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines for company vehicles and warehouse equipment. Perform flexible shifts with voluntary and scheduled overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- General studies or technical school graduate
- 1-2 Years Experience with box truck driving
- Gross Vehicle Weight ranging from 14,500 lbs. to 26,000 lbs.
- Physical fitness to move continuously throughout the facility
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to operate power equipment
- Ability to comply with DOT and CDL regulations (if applicable)
- Valid medical certificate or ability to obtain one upon employment
- DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Less than 1 year Experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
- Less than 1 year Experience performing in-home deliver OR retail customer service
- Detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced environment
- Spatial reasoning for effective product positioning
