Job Summary
Delivery Driver I role based in Draper, UT warehouse for In-N-Out Burger. Responsible for operating company truck to provide daily deliveries to restaurant locations and satellite warehouses, rotating products, loading/unloading, and order pulling. Requires CDL Class A with at least two years of delivery experience, ability to drive manual transmission trucks (10- and 13-speed), and lifting up to 60-75 lbs. Duties include maintaining customer service relationships, warehouse tasks, and ensuring fresh ingredients reach customers. Schedule is full-time, four nights per week (12am–10:30am) with weekend/holiday availability; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), education reimbursement, and other perquisites. Strong interpersonal skills, safety, and independent work capability are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- A minimum of two (2) years experience as a CDL holder delivery driver (required)
- Experience with direct store or restaurant delivery experience (preferred)
- Must be able pass a company administered driving test
- Valid Class A driver’s license (required) with a clean driving record
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Must be able to lift 60-75 lbs. on a continuous basis
