Job Summary
Conduct deep cleaning of assigned public areas, buff floors, and shampoo carpets and furniture according to hotel standards. Deliver service items to guest rooms upon request, handle luggage assistance at check-in, and drive the shuttle van when needed. Clean public restrooms, manage 'Lost and Found' items, and maintain hotel equipment in proper working order and storage. Complete daily assignment checklists, turn in keys and sheets at shift end, and assist in emergency procedures during the overnight shift. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and approach all guest and associate encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver license for the applicable State
- Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Must work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
