Driver Helper/Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products accurately while preparing and organizing freight for outbound shipments. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including off-site support for larger loads within the Chippewa Valley region. Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate records and ensure orders are processed correctly. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely and follow all company safety procedures. Communicate with team members regarding priorities and respond promptly to operational requests. Work part-time, 30 hours per week, with shifts varying between 7am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Comfortable in a physical working environment
- Valid driver's license (required only for operating company vehicles)
- Dependable attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, move, and handle packages throughout the shift
- Reliability
- Full attendance once a shift is committed
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift and Palette Jack experience
- Forklift certification
- Willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks
- Comfortable using basic technology and warehouse systems
