Job Summary
Unload and check product quality at customer locations, rotating produce as needed. Drive to various sites to assist drivers with deliveries and call customers regarding incomplete orders. Handle customer complaints professionally while adhering to safety rules and performing pre-trip inspections. Manage company equipment properly. Work in cold warehouse environments, confined spaces, and extreme weather conditions, moving products up to 50 pounds frequently and 80 pounds infrequently. Climb on and off truck boxes, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Prefer High School or GED or equivalent
- Handcart and electric pallet jack experience
- Proven ability to communicate articulately
- Perform simple arithmetic
- Know the product delivery schedule
- If the product meets quality and rotation
- Frequent moving of product up to 50 pounds during the shift
- infrequent moving up to 80 pounds
- Must be able to climb on and off the box of the truck
- Frequent bending, squatting, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot weather, rain, and extremely cold temperatures)
