Driver Helper (Seasonal)

Supports the Transportation Team and dock operations by assisting with loading, unloading, sorting, and moving goods and equipment. Helps ensure the safe, timely, and efficient flow of merchandise between GWH locations during peak periods while maintaining quality, safety, and GWH standards. Essential duties include assisting drivers with safe loading/unloading of goods, securing loads, assisting with delivery/pickup operations, and maintaining cleanliness of trucks/docks. Performs tasks with proper lifting techniques and may use material-handling equipment; assists in sorting donated goods; helps maintain accurate counts and supports production goals; reports accidents or unsafe conditions; completes required logs and paperwork; maintains communication with drivers and supervisors. Qualifications emphasize a High School diploma or equivalent and legal work authorization; ability to read/write English and work independently; willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is Seasonal/Temporary and requires reliable transportation to the Houston, TX location.
