Job Summary
Ride on the vehicle to assist the Driver while servicing customers on a designated residential route. Operate the packing mechanism and various levers to activate the lifting and loading system for waste disposal. Clean the packer blade, truck body, hopper, and work area after each trip, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Perform complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections and report any safety issues on standard reports. Continuously monitor waste for unacceptable materials and maintain productivity standards to ensure timely service. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and interact courteously with customers, dispatchers, and co-workers. Follow all required safety policies and procedures while adhering to the work schedule.
