Job Summary
Dynamic Driver Helper role in New York supporting loading/unloading, pickup and delivery between DO & CO facilities, airports, and vendors. Responsibilities include loading/unloading aircraft per airline/DO & CO specs, conducting vehicle checks, adhering to airport/airline/company regulations, following food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and assisting dispatch/operations management as assigned. Requires ability to meet TSA regulations for PANYNJ ID (49 CFR §1542.209), handling up to 75 pounds, outdoor/high-noise conditions, and effective communication within a team. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loading, offloading, or related logistics operations
- Ability to meet TSA regulations to obtain a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ), specifically per 49 CFR §1542.209
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including extreme weather and high-noise environments
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 75 pounds and work at heights of up to 25 feet
- Able to perform physical duties for extended periods (8+ hour shifts)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
