Job Summary
Perform off-site pick-ups at customer locations, package computer devices, and secure products for shipping including palletizing and shrink wrapping. Travel to customer sites across the United States, staying overnight in hotels when required for assignments. Load pallets onto lift-gate trucks using a pallet jack, complete necessary documentation, and assist with product delivery to local vendors. Drive company vehicles within Wisconsin and work in the warehouse when not assigned to pick-ups. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions at pick-up locations and work effectively as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- complete a physical
- successfully complete a background check
- provide a clean motor vehicle record upon job offer
- open and flexible schedule for pickup dates
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills
- lift up to 50 pounds
- travel and stay overnight when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
