Job Summary
Assist a driver in delivering customer orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW, obtaining signed proof of delivery. Load and off-load product at customer facilities, carrying items such as drywall, windows, and doors to designated areas. Drive pilot vehicles for oversize loads while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to meet regulatory requirements. Lift and carry up to 100 pounds frequently, with occasional assistance for up to 200 pounds, while operating in all weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license and one year of similar experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- one (1) year experience performing these or similar tasks
- equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Valid driver's license
