Job Summary
Assists Driver in delivering customer orders; assists in loading/off-loading product; or drives pilot vehicle for oversize loads. May deliver customer orders using a company van or pickup truck under 10,000 GVW. Emphasizes safety, vehicle inspection, route planning, and accurate product placement. Must have a valid driver’s license, capable of lifting up to 100 pounds frequently and up to 200 pounds with assistance, and possess good map-reading, math, and customer service skills. Regulatory compliance and adherence to safety procedures are required; supports delivery operations under supervisor direction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience performing these or similar tasks, or equivalent combination of education, training or experience
- Valid driver’s license
