Job Summary
Transport cranes and crane components in a safe and professional manner, operating an Electronic Logging Device (ELD) and maintaining conformity to safety requirements. Prepare proper documentation of actions taken and strap, chain, load, and unload heavy equipment including rubber tire and track machinery. Work safely around moving machinery and perform physically demanding tasks such as crane assembly, disassembly, and rigging. Ability to lift 50lb and work in conditions with marked changes in temperature and humidity is required. Willingness to work out of town on occasions and work independently with minimal supervision is essential. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $500 after 100 days of continuous employment.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with an acceptable MVR
- current Medical Examiner's card
- ability to strap and chain heavy equipment
- Knowledgeable and capable of loading & unloading equipment (Rubber tire & Track)
- ability to work safely around moving machinery
- ability to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
- Strong initiative
- ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- willingness to work out of town on occasions
- ability to lift 50lb
Desired Qualifications
- experience hauling heavy construction equipment
- familiar with lowboy, step-deck, and RGN trailers
- Double/Triple endorsement on CDL
