Job Summary
Safely transport patients and packages to scheduled locations using navigation tools to plan efficient routes. Maintain accurate travel logs, communicate with staff regarding departure and arrival times, and ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and well-maintained. Assist with errands, basic facility maintenance, and other residential needs while providing respectful interactions with patients and staff. This part-time role requires 20-29 hours per week with flexible hours based on patient transportation schedules. Candidates must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record, possess at least one year of driving experience, and be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR and Narcan certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 35–50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
- A reliable phone with GPS and communication capabilities
- Pass a background check
- Adhere to a drug-free workplace policy, which includes pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
