Driver Growth & Operations Manager

Define and execute Mexico's Driver Growth & Retention strategy while leading a high-performing Driver Operations team. Build acquisition programs to attract top drivers and create an outstanding onboarding experience, then design initiatives to improve engagement, loyalty, and overall driver experience. Collaborate with Sales to create tailored operational solutions for strategic corporate clients. This role requires 4+ years leading Operations, Growth, or Strategy teams in a tech company, with experience in logistics, mobility, or marketplace businesses. Candidates must possess a strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, proven people leadership experience, and fluent English (B2-C1).
