Job Summary
PTI Van Driver-based role in Greenville, SC responsible for safely transporting railroad crew members to destinations, with emphasis on safety and on-time performance. Duties include picking up/dropping off customers, providing excellent customer service, communicating with Dispatch, opening/closing vehicle doors, and reporting any defects found during inspections. Starting pay ranges by vehicle type: DYV $13/hr, MPV $14/hr, OTR $14/hr. Benefits include company vehicles and fuel, health options, paid vacation, 401(k), and growth opportunities. Must meet age and licensing requirements and pass post-offer checks. No heavy lifting or long-distance walking required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
- Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
- Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
