Job Summary
Experienced Driver/Installer responsible for completing routes for deliveries and pickups of furniture, with installation per provided floor plans. Operates a 26’ straight truck, adheres to DOT regulations, conducts pre-/post-trip inspections, completes delivery paperwork, protects items during transit, and coordinates with customers to ensure items are delivered and installed in good condition. Requires ability to read floor plans, use basic tools, and support warehouse/shipping duties. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; background check and DOT compliance are required. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience delivering and installing furniture or in warehousing/delivery roles
- Operates a 26’ straight box truck
- Valid Driver’s license with acceptable record
- DOT Card or ability to obtain prior to hiring
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug testing and DOT physical
- Background check required
- FMCSA qualifications requirements compliance
- English language proficiency
- Basic math, communication and organizational skills
