Job Summary
Provide transportation services to PACE participants and ensure safe vehicle operation. Perform safety checks, safely escort and care for participants, and provide basic life saving measures in emergencies. Assist participants with entering/exiting the vehicle and work under supervision of the Transportation Coordinator. Requires CPR, a valid driver’s license with auto liability insurance, and a high school diploma or GED; prior experience transporting elderly individuals and direct patient care preferred. Work Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in Springdale, AR, driving to fulfill essential community healthcare transportation needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR certification
- Driver’s license and auto liability insurance
- Experience transporting the elderly population
- Direct patient care experience preferred
