Job Summary
Front-end Driver operates front-end waste collection trucks on designated routes serving multiple customers daily. Responsibilities include driving the truck along routes to mechanically collect waste, opening container enclosures, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, submitting vehicle condition reports, interacting with customers, maintaining route/productivity logs, and ensuring safety standards while operating the vehicle and equipment. Requirements include a valid CDL, 1 year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate, ability to safely maneuver and operate the truck, and strong communication and safety compliance skills.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum of one (1) year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
