Job Summary
Front-End Driver responsible for operating front-load or ancillary equipment on designated routes to collect solid waste and recyclables, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, interacting with customers along the route, maintaining logs and vehicle condition reports, and adhering to safety policies while navigating confined spaces and frequent loading/unloading tasks. Must safely drive a truck, use GPS/maps to locate service addresses, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds and working in outdoor conditions. CDL required or CDL school completion, with 1 year driving experience preferred. No visa sponsorship offered; must have work authorization in the country of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum of one (1) year commercial truck driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
