Job Summary
Two-person fully onsite role as Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student home, responsible for supervising 8–13 students, driving to activities, coordinating schedules, administering medications, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and fostering a structured family-like environment. Couples reside in student homes, follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule during initial placement, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain certification to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; competitive benefits package included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; willingness to serve as role models for students
