Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care and supervision for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role is a two-person, married-couple position that involves driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel visits, budgeting and household reporting, supervising daily routines, overseeing student wellness, and engaging in developmental and recreational activities. Initially working a nine-on, three-off schedule and later transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same home, with benefits including relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
