Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and chapel attendance. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, and both spouses must complete individual employment applications. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits.”,
