Job Summary
Driver for kids! Flexible! A two-person, married-couples role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus housing unit. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise ~8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and activities, including driving students to activities, leading devotions, planning schedules, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a single student-home Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) totaling ~ $168k per couple, comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and other incentives. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Willingness to participate in devotions and chapel
- Two-person role and dual applications required
