Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; benefits include competitive compensation per person, partial housing and meals, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
