Job Summary
Two-person, on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents, responsible for supervising 8–13 students, driving to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent; requires married couple, ages 27+, High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and ability to obtain certification to drive student vans. Employment includes relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
