Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and may transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Benefits include salary per person and comprehensive coverage with relocation assistance and paid training. This is a two-person, married-couple role for partners legally married for at least two years, with both spouses required to apply individually.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
