Driver for kids! Flexible!

Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed home where the same group of students is cared for in a dedicated home. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation assistance and paid training. Must be willing to relocate, hold a valid U.S. driver’s license, lead students in devotions, and meet age/marriage requirements. High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; two-year marriage minimum; both spouses must apply individually.
