Driver for children! Flexible hours

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in on-campus student homes. Couples reside in a student home, provide care, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, manage household routines and schedules, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with restricted alcohol. Compensation listed per person and includes housing, meals, and benefits; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
