Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to care for and guide a group of about 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and managing a nine-on / three-off work cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent with the same student group. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; the role requires a legally married couple (both spouses must apply) and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans. The position includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, utilities, benefits, and a comprehensive compensation package for both spouses.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Two years of marriage minimum (legally married for at least two years)
- Spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
