Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School located on-campus in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in student homes, provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, drives students to activities, leads devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversees budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a shared student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student home vans, experience with youth, and being legally married for at least two years (both spouses aged 27+). - Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to relocate to on-campus housing if required
