Driver for children! Flexible hours

Full-time two-person Flex Houseparent role residing on campus to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle before transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to adhere to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with limited alcohol. The role requires both spouses to complete individual employment applications; relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits. Location: Napoleon, OH, USA.
