Driver for children! Flexible hours

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, driving them to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, managing household routines and budgeting, and reporting on household activities. The role is a two-person, legally married couple position (both spouses must complete individual applications) with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and alignment with campus safety and conduct standards; relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) including benefits.
