Job Summary
Driver for PTI Van Driver position to transport railroad crew members, with responsibilities including promoting and practicing safety, prioritizing on-time performance, safely picking up and dropping off customers, providing excellent customer service, communicating with Dispatch, opening/closing vehicle doors/hatches, reporting defects or mechanical issues, and following company policies; starting pay $14.00/hour for DYV drivers and $15.00/hour for OTR drivers; benefits include health insurance options, paid vacation, 401(k), on-the-job training, and home every day; no heavy lifting or long-distance walking required; must be 21+, have a valid license, and pass required checks.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
- Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
- Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
