Driver – Fine Art & Logistics

Lead and relay company, project, and installation information with team members while providing leadership in operations, planning, and performance meetings. Prepare, maintain, and manage documentation including Condition Reports, BOLs, Supply Lists, ADV Forms, Invoices, and Matrix Sheets. Tag, photograph, measure, inventory, and consolidate items for secure storage and transportation. Safely operate all required tools, equipment, and machinery while ensuring client property is handled according to company standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges during installations, relocations, and packing projects. Train, mentor, and support team members in proper handling, packing, moving, and installation techniques. Adhere to safe driving practices and report damages immediately with required documentation completed within 24 hours. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions and resolve operational issues. Full-time schedule, 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, occasional overtime, weekend work, and travel up to 25%.
