Job Summary
Driver – Fine Art & Furniture Logistics responsible for safe transportation, delivery, packing, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork. Lead and communicate installation-related information to the team, participate in operations planning, prepare documentation (Condition Reports, BOLs, Invoices, etc.), track time and materials for accurate invoicing, inventory and photograph items, train team members in handling and installation, ensure proper handling and transportation per company standards, and maintain safety and professional client service standards. Travel between client sites and storage locations is required; the role involves lifting up to 100 lbs, operating tools safely, and supporting damage prevention practices while providing strong customer service and leadership to the operations team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in moving, packing, delivery, logistics or installation
- Experience handling high-value, fragile, or specialty items
- Valid Texas Driver’s License, clean driving record and proof of insurance
- Experience using equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Strong verbal communication skills with clients and team members
