Job Summary
Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs; assist Wellness Manager and/or Life Enrichment Manager with transporting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.); Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van; Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance; Clean and wash vehicle; May perform housekeeping functions as directed; Supports creating a culture where business decisions support revenue and occupancy; CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date; High school diploma/GED and valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR; Six months driving experience preferred; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Enthusiastic, compassionate senior-care professional who is passionate about hospitality and resident engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver preferred
- CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
