Job Summary
Deliver and collect vehicles for customers while preparing company cars for handover. Identify any fleet maintenance issues and maintain a confident manner to create a great first impression. Provide world-class customer service at the frontline of the brand interaction. Work involves handling a fleet of cars less than one year old and vans under 18 months old. This role is part of a global mobility group with over 250,000 vehicles and 130 countries.
Required Qualifications
- A full, valid clean driving licence
- Minimum of 4 years driving experience
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings and weekends
- Reliable, flexible, positive and professional
- Good team player
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the business
- A keen and enthusiastic nature
