Driver/Equipment Operator

Operate state-of-the-art Smash Trucks to compact dumpsters safely and efficiently at customer sites across Cumberland, York, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties. Conduct daily inspections, perform light maintenance, and keep the truck in top shape. Deliver excellent service, build customer relationships, and support the sales team with route planning and on-site demos. Receive hands-on training to master truck operations, equipment use, and preventative maintenance. This role requires a valid driver's license with a clean record, ability to pass DOT physical and background checks, and experience with Class 6 trucks and hydraulic equipment is a plus. Schedule includes driving in all weather with moderate to loud noise, extended sitting, and frequent climbing, walking, twisting, and kneeling. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, crouching, and reaching. Clear hearing, speech, and good vision are essential.
