Job Summary
Drive guests to locations within a one-mile radius of the hotel and assist with guest inquiries; maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety, and security; monitor daily activities, arrivals/departures, and hotel operations; greet and bid farewell to guests, provide directions, and offer assistance; ensure the security of vehicles and keys; inspect vehicles daily and report hazards; flexible to work various shifts; background in hospitality and guest relations preferred; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, travel discounts, and educational assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent driving record
- 3+ years of experience driving vehicles
- High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate
- Prior training in guest relations
- Knowledge of local areas/roads
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
